GROUP CLASSESHOME PAGE

Basic Step:   Back to basic moves on and off the step!  This class offers a combination of varius moves oon a step that can be a moderate to high intensity cardiovascular workout with low-impact stresses.  Intensity can be easily changed by platform heights.

Body Bar Pump:   This is not an Aerobic Class.  It is like lifting weights in a class to music.  The idea is less weight with the Bar,  more reps.

Kick Boxing:   This is the most challenging class on the schedule.  It consists of kicks, punches and cardio challenges to the max!

Sizzling Seniors:   This is a great way for our Seniors to get out, visit with each other and exercise too.  This class includes some very low impact movement around the room, sometimes exercising while sitting in a chair, and the use of other equipment including weights, tubing, and balls.

Pilates:   Is a non-impact bearing systm of physical conditioning which focuses on percise movement and awareness of the body's capabilities.  It strengthens the abdomen, lower back, and hips for a strong central support.  It develops sleekness rather than bulk.

KID FIT CAMP:   Finally we have a class just for Kids!  It is a geat way for kids to have fun and stay fit at the same time.  It's 45 minutes of exercising and having a blast.  Ages 6- 12 years of age.

TBC:   What a class.  Plan for a full hour and a half of fun and sweat.  This is an advance class that offers step, floor aerobics, and kickboxing.  The last half hour includes body sculpting with body bars, weights, and other equipment.

Cycle:  This a very popular class.  Very intense, great workout.  Don't be afraid to attend if you have never been, because you can take it at your own pace.  In this class you are cycling to music with instruction.  The instructor might be doing what we call "Feel the Burn or climbing the highest mountain top."

Interval:   Interval training is a combination of various exercises that involve a little of everything.  Step, aerobics, kickboxing, and weight training.  The intervals are 4 to 5 minutes a piece.  This a great class if you like change.

ABs Blast:   Get ready for your abs to burn!  45 minutes of different ways to work your abs and core.

Total Body Tone:   An hour of toning every muscle from top to bottom!  We use all the equipment in the room.  You will definitely see results from this class.
