Maybe just use the 30 minute express room. Just find your comfort zone! Don't forget to try out our Virtual Spin Room. When spin class is not taking place, the spin room is open to members to use. Sign in for a DVD and take a trip through the mountains or be led by a on screen instructor. Great any time of day!
