The Courtyard strives to accommodate all

is both fun and rewarding. Our group exercise program offers a
variety of classes scheduled on a regular basis as well as specialty
classes for those who want to pursue different interests or who seek
advanced levels of fitness training. We offer classes for all ages
from Kidfit for children to Sizzling Seniors for our seniors.
